International hub
A city connected to Europe, Asia, Africa and the wider world for business, tourism and lifestyle.

GPM Real Estate Dubai was born from the experience of Italian investors who approached the UAE property market first in person and then decided to support others who want to invest, but do not know where to start.
Our story began as investors. Over time, through partnerships, market knowledge and practical experience, GPM Real Estate Dubai was created to help others access the same world with more clarity and confidence.
This is what makes us different from many other sellers: before being advisors, we are investors ourselves. We know the questions, doubts and evaluations that matter when entering a new market.
We do not simply “sell properties”. We accompany clients who see Dubai real estate as a business opportunity, a growth perspective or a long-term project, helping them understand options, process and next steps.
Start the conversation ↗Dubai continues to attract international attention thanks to infrastructure, global connectivity, urban development and a dynamic real estate environment.
A city connected to Europe, Asia, Africa and the wider world for business, tourism and lifestyle.
From off-plan opportunities to ready properties, Dubai offers a wide range of communities and product types.
Choosing well means looking at location, developer, payment plan, timing and your personal investment objective.
Sound investment decisions start with verifiable information, not promised returns.

Dubai DET ↗ Dubai Department of Finance ↗From approximately 2.70 million residents in 2016 to 4.58 million at the end of 2025: almost 1.9 million more people, an increase of around 69.7%. This is not only about skyscrapers, but about people, businesses, infrastructure and services.
The Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan outlines green spaces, public services and stronger urban connections, with approximately 5.8 million residents projected by 2040. The D33 economic agenda aims to double Dubai’s economy by 2033. These are strategic targets, not guaranteed outcomes.
Population growth may support housing demand. Carefully chosen properties may offer rental income and potential long-term capital appreciation. Actual results depend on location, purchase price, project quality, future supply, costs and vacancy periods. GPM helps clients assess these factors before making decisions.
Population figures are year-end values; the 2040 figure is a projection, not an observed result.
There is no universal answer: your goals, risk tolerance and investment horizon all matter.
A property purchased during development, sometimes with staged payments. Completion timing and contractual terms need careful review.
A completed property, allowing you to assess the actual unit and, where applicable, its immediate use or rental potential.
Every journey begins with a conversation, not a catalogue. Understanding your budget, goals and timeline comes first.
We discuss your needs, budget, timing and familiarity with Dubai.
We compare neighbourhoods, developers and off-plan or completed projects.
We examine availability, price, payment plans, costs and documents.
We help coordinate the necessary steps and professionals involved.
We explore furnishing, rental and management options with the relevant providers.
Yes, freehold ownership is permitted in designated areas under applicable regulations. Rights depend on the specific area and title.
Off-plan refers to a property under development; ready means completed. Costs, timelines and risks should be assessed for each opportunity.
Non-resident ownership is possible in relevant designated areas, subject to the applicable requirements for the transaction.
Depending on the transaction, consider registration fees, applicable commissions, administration, service charges, furnishing and management.
The market itself offers a concrete perspective on this question.
Over the last twenty years, Dubai’s property market has shown the potential of a constantly evolving city, attracting international investors through population growth, infrastructure development and an increasingly diversified economy.
The possibility of attractive rental income, potential medium- to long-term property appreciation and a competitive local tax environment are among the key attractions of the UAE property market.
Of course, every investment requires careful consideration of location, project, purchase timing and personal objectives.
At GPM Real Estate, we believe in Dubai’s opportunities because, before guiding other investors, we chose to invest here ourselves.
Availability, documentation, prices and terms must be reconfirmed for each opportunity.
